Letters of Hope

Letters of Hope is an Australian mental health charity dedicated to reducing isolation and fostering connection for individuals experiencing mental health challenges. Through handwritten letters of encouragement, we provide tangible, emotional support to those facing mental illness, social isolation, or crisis—reminding them that they are not alone.

Our mission is to create a more connected and compassionate society, breaking down the stigma surrounding mental health and encouraging help-seeking behaviours. In addition to our letter-writing initiative, we deliver workplace mental health training, bespoke workshops, and consulting services, helping businesses build mentally healthy, inclusive environments.

Current Priorities & Funding Needs
We are seeking funding to scale our impact, strengthen financial sustainability, and improve impact measurement. With support, we aim to:
– Expand our letter-writing program to reach more vulnerable individuals.
– Develop a structured Impact Measurement Framework to track long-term impact.
– Strengthen our workplace training programs, increasing revenue for long-term sustainability.
