Organisation Summary

Lithgow Information & Neighbourhood Centre (LINC) is a not-for-profit community organisation that has supported the Lithgow region for over 40 years. We are a community-owned organisation delivering inclusive, flexible, people-first services that build connection, care, and hope.

Our goal is to be a strong, resilient and inclusive community-owned organisation that supports and connects people across all life stages, strengthening our community by fostering unity and connections through a diverse range of services that improve wellbeing and empowerment for families and individuals.

Lithgow faces challenges including social isolation, service gaps, and disadvantage. LINC responds with integrated, wraparound services, from early childhood to aged care with a focus on those most at risk of exclusion.

Current Priorities

  • Expanding CHSP and disability supports.
  • Scaling family support, playgroups, and counselling.
  • Strengthening interagency partnerships.
  • Supporting inclusive programs like the Youth Hub and Women’s Safe Haven.
