Often, meaning is achieved through work. As a result, MLV also believes that everyone can and has the right to work with the right supports.

- People with disability to live a meaningful life, supporting young people to gain employability skills which lead them to a job in the open market.
- People with disability find customized job roles.
- Local industry to become more diverse and inclusive.
- People to build relationships with their communities and learn self-reliance and independence skills.
- And people with disability to build their capacity through Support Coordination.
