Organisation Summary

MLV believes that everyone deserves to live a meaningful life. Its vision is for ‘people of all abilities to live life to the fullest’. MLV’s purpose is to partner with community so that people of all abilities have all their needs met and can live their best life, for their whole life.

Often, meaning is achieved through work. As a result, MLV also believes that everyone can and has the right to work with the right supports.

MLV supports:

  • People with disability to live a meaningful life, supporting young people to gain employability skills which lead them to a job in the open market.
  • People with disability find customized job roles.
  • Local industry to become more diverse and inclusive.
  • People to build relationships with their communities and learn self-reliance and independence skills.
  • And people with disability to build their capacity through Support Coordination.
