MORE for Moo Incorporated

Our association, MORE for Moo—More Opportunities for Real Employment—was born from a shared passion for advocating for the rights of people with disabilities, particularly their right to fair and inclusive employment. A group of dedicated individuals, each with their own connection to the disability community, came together with a vision to create more than just jobs—they wanted to build a space where people with disabilities could thrive, contribute meaningfully, and be valued for their talents.

MORE for Moo currently employs 12 people with disabilities who bake, package and deliver orders of dog treats to local individuals and businesses. From production to packaging, marketing to sales, every aspect of the business will be managed by employees with disabilities. This model not only ensures fair wages but also provides opportunities for skill development, confidence building, and a deep sense of pride in their work.
Expansion into other products and additional sales avenues including local markets will occur in the coming months.
