Mullumbimby & District Neighbourhood Centre is a community-led, not-for-profit organisation supporting vulnerable individuals, women, children and families across the Byron Shire and surrounding communities. For more than 40 years, Mullumbimby & District Neighbourhood Centre has provided practical assistance, advocacy and community-based services that help people overcome crisis, improve wellbeing and build safer, more stable futures.

A key focus of their work is supporting women and children affected by domestic and family violence. Through specialist programs and trauma-informed support, they assist victim-survivors to improve safety, maintain housing, access legal and financial assistance, strengthen independence and reduce the risk of homelessness.
