OFFICE is Australia’s first non-profit architecture and design organisation, bridging the gap between marginalised communities and access to thoughtful, community-led design.
Architecture and design can transform daily life, ensuring that our cities truly meet community needs. Yet, for many communities, good design remains out of reach. OFFICE provides comprehensive support, often pro bono, from securing funding and advocacy through to planning, design, and delivery. Our model does not require clients to have funding or prior experience working with architects. While some projects result in buildings, others lead to policy recommendations, exhibitions, publications, or public forums.
Our projects engage with large societal issues particularly focused on health, climate, housing justice and supporting First Nations sovereignty.
