One Ball is a Melbourne-based not-for-profit organisation that empowers young people through football. Founded by Kamal Ibrahim, a former professional footballer, One Ball provides affordable, inclusive and high quality football programs for children and youth particularly those from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) backgrounds.
Through structured training, mentorship and character development workshops, One Ball builds confidence, leadership and social connection, so young people can reach their full potential on and off the field. One Ball also creates employment pathways, offering work experience, coaching positions and connections to professional development opportunities.
With strong connections to schools, councils, universities and football clubs, One Ball is committed to building stronger, healthier communities through sport. Our programs are about inclusivity, resilience and positive social impact, so every child regardless of their background can have access to football and life changing opportunities.
