Open Haven Ltd

Open Haven is a community-based organisation that assists women survivors of domestic violence abuse. We are a post-crisis service, helping women to rebuild their lives and become self-sufficient and independent within the community. Women and children come to one of our 3 hubs on a weekly basis during school-terms.

Intakes of new participants are conducted by our qualified staff to identifying the participants needs and to develop a personalized plan to reach goals. Examples include, seeking further education, learning to drive, gaining employment, meeting new people, general advocacy, legal support, and creating new friendship groups. Each participant’s case manager ensures their plan is regularly reviewed, and that support is in place to successfully achieve their goals.
