The Polly Farmer Foundation's purpose is to deliver culturally responsive academic enrichment ‘Follow the Dream’ programs for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students that develop knowledge, confidence and self-belief, inspiring and empowering students to achieve their school and career aspirations.
The Polly Farmer Follow the Dream program provides after school tuition and mentoring to aspirant Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander primary and secondary students. Students feel proud, connected and capable, with family and community engagement in a culturally safe and high-expectation environment. Extra curricular activities including career, leadership and cultural camps which are offered to students who meet attendance and academic targets. Graduates are supported through our alumni program with access to career guidance and financial assistance.
The Polly Farmer Foundation delivers generational change driven by Aboriginal excellence, improved outcomes and a more equitable, inclusive education system.
