Psychs on Bikes is a not-for-profit organisation providing mental health support in rural and regional Australia. Their team of mental health and medical professionals travel thousands of kilometres by motorbike to meet people on their own turf, providing free one-to-one health checks, support and education. Psychs on Bikes are committed to addressing the high rates of suicide, depression and social isolation in regional communities. Riding motorbikes allows practitioners to approach communities in a less formal way helping to break down barriers, start conversations and encourage help-seeking behaviours.
