SAIL 4 LIFE is a national Australian charity dedicated to helping cancer survivors rebuild their lives through the transformative power of sailing. Our programs are designed to restore confidence, physical capability, and social connection at a time when many survivors feel isolated, uncertain, or disconnected from their pre‑cancer identity. By combining trauma‑informed support with the uniquely empowering environment of the water, Sail 4 Life offers survivors a pathway back to strength, community, and possibility.

SAIL 4 LIFE partners with yacht clubs, health organisations, and community groups to deliver safe, structured, and accessible sailing experiences across Australia. These programs are not about sport for sport’s sake — they are about wellbeing, resilience, and rediscovering joy.
