SevGen Indigenous Corporation

SevGen Indigenous Corporation is an Indigenous-led social enterprise based on the Sunshine Coast, creating pathways for young people through training, employment, and cultural connection. We combine enterprise, culture, and community to build a living ecosystem where learning, work, and belonging flow together.

Through our frontline enterprise, Deadly Espresso, young people gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and confidence in real-world roles. Alongside this, our Galeru vision grows a future grounded in culture, land, and community wellbeing, embedding Indigenous ways of being into all we do. Every interaction becomes an opportunity for growth — from serving a customer to learning new skills, youth are supported to develop identity, capability, and a sense of belonging.

SevGen is not a program — it is a community-led model where relationships, accountability, and place shape outcomes. Our work addresses the growing disconnection young people face from education, employment, and community. By creating real opportunities in safe, supportive, and culturally grounded spaces, we help young people step forward with confidence and resilience.
