Skyline’s mission is focused on empowering high-potential students facing economic and social adversity to flourish in their communities. We deliver our mission primarily through our two-year Skyline Program, which supports students through their final years of high school (Years 11 and 12 – VCE), facilitates their academic success, and helps them transition smoothly into tertiary education or their chosen careers. This support includes financial assistance to offset educational costs, as well as a comprehensive support program encompassing mentorship, educational resources, well-being support, and various developmental activities such as masterclasses, seminars, and residential experiences.

One of Skyline’s key goals is to break the cycle of generational disadvantage by nurturing students to become confident, educated individuals who can achieve success and become leaders in their communities. Many of our students are the first in their families to complete secondary school and pursue further education or enter the workforce. Skyline aims to provide lifelong support to its alumni, ensuring they continue to have access to resources and opportunities even after they have completed the program. This holistic approach seeks to create a positive and lasting impact on the lives of the students and their communities.
