Speak & Share

Speak & Share is a community-driven mental health charity founded by three teachers who experienced firsthand the challenges of mental health during the COVID-19 pandemic. Motivated by a desire to create meaningful change, the organisation was established to provide safe, engaging, and relatable spaces where individuals can openly connect, reflect, and support one another.

At its core, Speak & Share delivers interactive workshops and programs across schools, sporting clubs, and workplaces, with a strong focus on early intervention and prevention. These sessions are designed to build emotional awareness, strengthen communication skills, and reduce the stigma surrounding mental health conversations. By equipping participants with practical tools and encouraging vulnerability in a supportive environment, Speak & Share empowers individuals to better understand themselves and those around them.

The organisation has experienced rapid growth, reaching hundreds of students, athletes, and employees each year. Its programs are tailored to suit different audiences, ensuring content is age-appropriate, relevant, and impactful. Speak & Share also collaborates with local communities, businesses, and partners to expand its reach and accessibility, including subsidising workshops for schools in need.
