SRS designs and builds amazing homes for our community including purchasing and renovating homes to provide suitable accommodation.

With nearly 50 years supporting our community without government assistance we offer flexible supports to the seniors of our community with the goal to encourage and support their right to age in their own home. Our ongoing training and support for families and people with disabilities ensures that the participants we support are encouraged to make their life choices and to enjoy all life has to offer. Being in a regional location, transport is the big challenge for the elderly and people with disabilities. Public transport is limited and does not provide flexibility and support. SRS have a fleet of second-hand vehicles that we have purchased via donations and fundraising. Our focus is to upgrade our fleet to cost effective alternatives in hybrid vehicles as best preference or electrical vehicles. Upgrading our fleet vehicles offers economic and environmental benefits, with flow on effects that will also reduce the cost to our participants.
