Organisation Summary

STREAT is a community-based social enterprise supporting young people aged 16-24 with multiple barriers to employment.

Our vision is that young people thrive, with a healthy sense of self, home, and work. STREAT employs 65 FTE staff and supports almost 700 young people per year, 50 of them intensively in ‘Fast Track to Work’, providing 8 weeks of workplace experience, work-readiness workshops, and individual case support. Graduates have the opportunity for paid employment with our partners and receive 9 months of intensive post-placement support. STREAT provides inclusivity training to employment partners, enhancing their ability to work with diverse youth.
