We are a community led not for profit organisation based in the Central Coast of New South Wales. We are dedicated to supporting local families and young people through practical assistance and inclusive community programs.
Our services include food relief for individuals and families experiencing hardship, as well as a free youth club offering sports and recreational activities that promote wellbeing, confidence, and positive social connection. By reducing barriers to participation and providing safe, welcoming spaces, we help strengthen community ties and empower young people to thrive.
Through collaboration, volunteer support, and community partnerships, Community Hub Group Inc works to build a more connected, resilient, and supported Central Coast community.
