Thrive Integration is a Western Australian not-for-profit organisation dedicated to helping people exiting prison reintegrate into society through employment, mentoring, and community support with a focus on the construction industry. Our vision is to see individuals, families, and communities transformed by breaking cycles of incarceration and building pathways to stability and contribution.
Many people leaving prison face overwhelming barriers to employment, housing, and belonging. Without targeted support, many reoffend, impacting not only themselves but also their children, families, and the wider community. Thrive addresses this challenge through a unique blend of practical job placement, personal mentoring, and relational support.
All our participants are placed in long term employment, and many are successfully reunited with their families.
Our current priorities include:
- Expanding job placement and employer partnerships.
- Scaling up mentoring and case management services.
- Supporting family reconnection and stable parenting.
