As a national children’s charity, we focus on delivering practical, needs-based support to families navigating the physical, emotional, and financial challenges that come with serious childhood illness. Whether a family is facing a single hospital visit, a long-term medical journey, or the unimaginable experience of palliative care, TLC for Kids stands beside them as part of their extended support network. Our mission is to reduce stress, restore a sense of stability, and help each family face what’s ahead with greater confidence and comfort.

Our services respond directly to the diverse needs of children and their carers:
• TLC Distraction Box: Available in hospitals across Australia and New Zealand, these resources help reduce fear, anxiety, and procedural distress during medical treatments.
• Rapid TLC Service: Offering immediate relief for families dealing with sudden stress, unexpected diagnoses, or urgent practical needs.
• TLC Ambulance: A one-of-a-kind vehicle that creates unforgettable memory-making trips for children in palliative care, giving them one final special outing with the people they love most.
