Women’s Legal Service WA is an accredited gender-specific community legal centre, providing services to women around WA who are financially disadvantaged. We prioritise assisting women who are experiencing family violence. Women who use our services often live with other vulnerabilities and face additional barriers to accessing justice. We have a best practice model for delivering specialist, integrated services for women. Ours is a safe space, trauma informed and culturally secure, and premised on an understanding that gendered
violence is driven by gendered inequality.
We provide free legal assistance and support services in the following areas:
