Workforce Plus is a not-for-profit and Registered Training Organisation (RTO) delivering sustainable employment outcomes for people facing labour market disadvantage. Active across Victoria and the Northern Territory, it delivers accredited training and employment services in partnership with communities and industries.
Core Capabilities:
•Government-funded employment services (e.g., TtW, CTA, EST)
•Accredited training: community services, hospitality, retail, leadership
•NDIS mentoring and disability support
•Place-based program design and delivery
•Immersive VR training tools (CarePlays VR, WorkPlays VR)
•Specialisation in youth, Indigenous, and disadvantaged cohorts
