Connecting Mob Indigenous Corporation

Connecting Mob Indigenous Corporation is an Aboriginal community-controlled organisation registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) and registered for GST. The organisation was established to strengthen and support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities through culturally safe, community-led responses.

Connecting Mob operates on the principle of “supporting Mob through Mob.” Our work is grounded in lived experience, cultural understanding and strong community connection. We recognise the challenges many of our people face and walk alongside individuals and families without judgement, offering guidance, advocacy and culturally safe support.

Through our program model, we provide a mobile domestic and family violence (DFV) case management using an Aboriginal-designed Cultural Action Plan that focuses on cultural, holistic wrap-around support. This approach centres culture, safety and empowerment, ensuring community members receive advocacy, practical support and culturally informed planning that strengthens wellbeing, connection and long-term stability.

While we are a small organisation in the early stages, we bring strong professional experience, lived understanding and genuine motivation to support our people. Connecting Mob Indigenous Corporation was created for the right reasons—to walk alongside community and support individuals and families on their journey with respect, compassion and cultural strength.
