Library For All (LFA) is dedicated to addressing the critical global issue that 40% of the population cannot access education in a language they understand. Additionally, 8 out of 10 children are not achieving basic learning outcomes. LFA’s purpose is to bridge this gap by providing culturally relevant, high-quality educational resources tailored to the needs of children in underserved communities.
Our key activities include creating and distributing digital and printed books that reflect the diverse cultural backgrounds of the communities we serve. We also focus on capacity-building through Writers’ Workshops, empowering local authors and educators to contribute to our collections.
The ultimate goal is to enhance literacy, promote lifelong learning, and foster educational equity for all children, regardless of their circumstances. Our work ensures that children can learn effectively in a language they understand, ultimately promoting literacy, lifelong learning, and educational equity across the globe.
