Bridging the Edge (BTE) aims to provide relief to all people in need arising from poverty, sickness, suffering, distress, discrimination, misfortune, disability, age, special needs and other such causes

ProsperEss is a program of BTE that aims to building and maintaining networks to women of diverse backgrounds experiencing disadvantages across the community that can solve, respond to problems, and actively support social cohesion.

ProsperEss aims to build supportive networks for women, reducing isolation through focus groups, workshops, seminars, and webinars. By offering skill assessments, gap analyses, and employability opportunities, ProsperEss boosts confidence and empowers women to leverage their creative strengths for personal and professional growth.

Our toolbox will include, but not limited to:
– Financial literacy and money matters
– “My First” basic needs for starting one’s life on one’s own.
– All about “me” – such as health habits and personal well-being.
– How to transform skills into a positive gearing, income generating business.

Project Outcomes

Through the network, we provide women the opportunity to:
- Gain confidence and self-esteem to carry on with basic life matters
- Succeed and “rise after falling”
- Integrate in society, make connections
- Boost social cohesion
- Find a career path through the existing skills and newly acquired skills
